Open Source Software:
Open Source Software's are the software's that are made to be available to everyone on any operating system. The operating systems - Linux, which is an Open Source OS is always free. It is accessible by everyone - rich and the poor. Hello, I am Anirudh Raju and I am going to explain what is Open Source Software and Organisation and it's importance with examples.OSS is made available with a license in which the copyright holder provides the rights to learn, code and study. It also refers to something that the people can modify. It is hosted by many organizations which hold the license like Drupal, BRL-CAD, FOSSASSIA, Apertium, Catrobat and etc. They share and distribute their software worldwide.

There are many examples for Open Source Organisations:
Example 1:
After researching for Many days, I found out that Drupal would be a very good example for a clear explanation of an Open Source software. Drupal is an Open Source and Cross-Platform software. It is a content management software. It is mostly used to make websites and applications that we use daily.
Drupal is distributed under the license of GNU General Public License. It is completely easy and free to use. Drupal can be used by anyone with any OS. Drupal is one of the largest Open Source communities in the world with more than one crore developers. Drupal allows everyone to Mix and Match its abilities to increase its core ability. Drupal is one of the best and is truly Open Source.

Example 2:
I have also used the Linux OS which is an Open Source OS. I used it and I felt that it is the best Operating System ever. Linux has numerous features. It comes with an ability to install only the Open Source software. All these installation files are in the '.iso' format. Moreover, you can edit the OS however you are comfortable with.
With Linux, you don't have any tensions of viruses, malware, slowdowns, crashes, costly repairs, and licensing fees. Free yourself from the fear of losing data or having a 'yearly clean up'. I used Linux for programming and that was the perfect platform.

When the choice comes to Office apps, then it would be LibreOffice! LibreOffice is a Open Source Software and offers a complete Bunch of features laid out in more convenient way. I came across this software when I didn't want to pay for Microsoft's Office Suite.

When it comes to 3-D Modelling, Blender comes first. Blender is a professional Open Source 3-D Modelling software that creates films, video games, and interactive 3-D applications. When I wanted a modeling software, I found many, but all were paid. They were very costly.
Blender's features include 3-D Modelling, U-V Unwrapping, texturing, graphics editing, simulation etc.
